Well, in Florissant, MO, in the north of St. Louis County, the courts have two 3 walls, which are used for racquetball. This is Dunegant Park, Foreign and Derhak Pohlman (sp?). I believe that these courts are also intended to handball. They arent exactly the state of the art classes (ie, the size and what not), but the basics of what you are looking for. The source also indicates that the light in the night, but you have to do as a residence. You see, if the courts of the light automatically at night. One more note, if you drive it regularly at night to decide, id suggest that the buddy system. Not a bad neighborhood, but things happen.
